The Master suite has a private deck with a King bed. Our second bedroom has a Queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. This home sits on top of a hill offering privacy while still having the convinence of a few minutes into town.

We’re so happy to share this special place with you. This is a third-generation family property that means a lot to us, and we love opening it up to guests—especially those visiting from out of town—to experience its beauty and charm.
While it may not be perfect, it truly offers everything you could hope for: peaceful surroundings, incredible views, and even the chance to enjoy local wildlife in its natural habitat. It’s a place to slow down, unwind, and take in the unique character that makes it so special to our family.
Because this is a natural, rural setting, we do ask that you stay aware of your surroundings. Wildlife is part of the experience here—including, on occasion, venomous rattlesnakes. Please use caution when walking around the property, especially at dusk or in brushy areas, and keep a safe distance from any wildlife you may encounter.
Additionally, due to the dry environment, there is an increased risk of fire. Please be extremely mindful with anything that could spark a flame, including outdoor fires, cigarettes, and grilling. Always ensure fires are fully extinguished and follow any local fire restrictions during your stay.

The Bears’ Den was spacious, comfortably appointed, and with lovely views. Watching the morning sun light up the cliff face across the valley is a memory that will stay with us!

Quiet, serene, cozy, and beautiful home to stay at with family. Mule deers greeted us almost every morning. Amazingly there’s also lots of attractions close by this small town so we stopped by the Coral Pink Sand Dunes which the kids had a blast at. We also did Grand Canyon, Bryce, and Zion during our stay and the location was perfect.
Owners were very responsive and checked in on us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!!!

Absolutely a great place to stay while in Kanab. Lacey’s place was very clean, so cozy, and got everything we needed. And a stunning 360 degree view of the mountains. We would definitely stay here again when we go back in the future. Highly recommended. Thank you Lacey for being a great host!
